Sheena Vaughn

Ms. Vaughn started volunteering and substitute teaching at Millennium Charter in 2013, which led to her employment as a teaching assistant soon thereafter. She graduated from North Surry High School where she completed her Early Childhood Credentials I and II and is currently attending Surry Community College to obtain her teaching degree. She currently serves as a kindergarten / first grade teaching assistant, and she also is our lunch program director and our Lion’s Watch program director.  She lives in Mount Airy where she enjoys spending time with her husband, Dustin, and their four children, three of whom attend MCA.​​​
