The Alma Mater

An alma mater is the official anthem of a school. At Millennium, ours highlights our students’ pursuit of truth and commitment to goodness. It is a reminder to our students and staff of the noble goal of our institution: to form intelligent, virtuous young men and women who are strong, wise, courageous, and humble.  Our choir beautifully sings this throughout the year at special ceremonies and assemblies.

O, Millennium, rise and sing.
Let goodness, truth, and beauty ring.
Shape our minds, form our hearts,
With wisdom, virtue from the start.
Lead us onward to stand strong.
To tell the truth, to right the wrong.
Reach out a hand, and touch a heart,
With strength and honor, we do our part.

To lead with valor, walk with grace,
To run with courage, all the race,
Of life lived nobly, humbly, true,
For others, country, and for you.

O, Millennium, rise and sing.
Let goodness, truth, and beauty ring.
O, Millennium, rise and sing.
Let goodness, truth, and beauty ring.
