Interested students may sign up for karate that is offered on a weekly basis
during the school day. Each class is $45 for alternating 16-week sessions.
These classes are taught on Fridays, and are usually scheduled during
recess periods. Students taking the classes do not miss any classwork, and
any students not taking the classes don't miss any free time.
Karate
instuctor is Sensei Erik Latza of Mount Airy Martial Arts. He is highly
qualified in karate instruction, and is also an MCA parent.
