Students currently enrolled at Millennium Charter Academy must complete an Intent to Continue Enrollment form if they plan on returning to the school for the upcoming year. This form must be completed by February 14 of the enrollment year. Please feel free to visit the school office or call 336.789.7570 to request an Intent To Continue Enrollment form.
