Millennium Charter Academy - WFUs Good to Great Study

In the fall of 2005, a group of graduate business students from
Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management
performed an organizational assessment of MCA as part of an MBA
class project in Organizational Behavior.

The group used Jim Collins' book Good to Great as a basis for
the assessment.

For their research, they interviewed the Headmaster, some faculty,
and board members. Additionally, they gleaned information from
surveys sent to parents as well as interviews with a select group
of students.
