Paula Griffin first joined MCA as a parent volunteer in 2004, and that position transpired to a full time teaching assistant in the MCA middle school in 2007. Although she is the "real" parent of her son, MCA student Banner, she claims all middle school students as her own! Paula, Banner, and her husband, Steve, reside in Mt. Airy.
