Kara Westmoreland graduated from Wingate College where she received at BS degree in Early Childhood Education (K-6). She attended graduate school at Appalachian State University where she received a Masters degree in Elementary Education. She has twenty years of teaching experience. Mrs. Westmoreland has three children: Austin, Caroline, and John.
